temp here is -1C. or 30F. yuuup. cold enough for... SNOW! HAHA.:D

so, i braved the snow and my fingers and toes are still freezing..

but anyway, the reason i'm making this post is cos...

you know how everyone's (well, maybe not everyone, but.. yeah. anyway) made their 'tribute' to the sumokids... like, they wrote stuff on their blogs... blah. stuff like that... WELLLL,,, IT'S MY TURN.:D i made something for you guys!:D since i'm real bad at writing... and.. everything... i thought i'd do this instead:



HEHE. YUN LANG.:)) oh, and if you haven't already guessed, AB is me.. and SK is SumoKids! HAHA.:D I MADE THAT FOR ALL OF YOU.:D I STEPPED OUT INTO THE FREEZING COLD IN OUR BATCH SHIRT, MID-THIGH SHORTS, AND FLIPFLOPS FOR ALL OF YOU. I IMPRINTED THAT INTO THE SNOW WITH MY BARE HANDS (except the heart. i used my feet). SO, YEAH. HAHAHAHAHA. hope you like it..:> HAHA.

so, yeah. i hate that i missed PL's bday party... and i'm gonna miss the swimming party... and i'm gonna miss all the other parties to come.:( BUT OH WELL, HOPE YOU GUYS ARE HAVING FUN, WHEREVER YOU ARE.:D

i miss our laughs... our corny jokes. yung mga... putocopy... shakespear... stuff like that.:)) aww.:'C

i miss our state-of-the-art classroom, i miss our teachers.... and i especially all so much.:( SO, YEAH. i can't wait till the next time we see each other again.:)

WHAT: CAMP CALYE (Community, A Life You'll Embrace): The Beginning of a Legend
WHO: Young people daw =)) Ages 15-23
WHEN: April 17-20, 2008
WHERE: Sacramento Adventure Camp, Tanay, Rizal

The fee is PHP850 per head. This covers the cost of the campsite (inclusive of tents and other facilities). Cost of food will be shared among members of each group and will be done on a donation basis per group.

Parents are encouraged to bring and pick up their children at the campsite. Carpooling is greatly encouraged for those who have no transportation (HI GUYS, MY MOM CAN GET TRANSPO :> :>)

Early reservations will be accepted for P200. Those who have paid the full payment of PHP850 by April 6, 2008 will be considered confirmed participants.

In addition, a pre-camp will be held on April 6, Sunday, 8am-12nn at the Valle Verde Country Club to brief participants of the details of the camp.
THE PRE-CAMP IS A MUST. NO PRE-CAMP, NO CAMP.(sige nababo ako diyan.)

Hello, PL here.

Thank you for those who came to my birthday party, for those who didn't, ha! you just missed one sumo party!

Speaking of parties, we're planning another one. I know most of the koreans are in Korea already, Kaitlin's in Japan, Ariana's in the U.S, Sunny's in school (loser! ha,ha ) and be going to new york after Jamie's somewhere (she goes to different countries like she's just mall hopping!)-- so we want everyone that's having a GREAT (yea right) summer here to be present in the next party. I think we're having it in metropolitan club (in rockwell). It's going to be a swimming party, c/o estela. We just have to bring money for the food, i think.

So when's everyone free? You guys can give my presents there na din, kidding!

come on set a date.

Soooo...how's summer treating you lately? Mine has been treating me really well, but I need you guys! I'm getting fatter by the day. :))

ooh! ooh! I had a new haircut! See my multiply! (haha.wala lang.)

Anyway, I miss doing this. That's why, we'll try our best to keep this blog alive. (woopee!) I'll send you IMs stating the username and password. That way, any sumosister can post stuff they want (just no vulgarity and cursing, okay? :D). Oh and the password and username are for sumokids only. It is, after all, called sumo-kids.blogspot.com and not some-other-stanger.blogspot.com. Yeah you ge my point. :)

Just to keep you updated, here's a few things our sumosisters have done for the past few days:

• Ariana just boarded a flight to USA last night. She said you should text her so she won't get lonely : but since it would cost her P25 to reply, she wouldn't be able to answer all your texts :))
• Kaitlin's in Japan, movie marathon-ing and according to her, "sitting in front of the computer all day with all the food i want" :))
• Apparently Ana Pat's in Pluto, playing kiddie computer games and eating chocolates. :))
• Jamie just celebrated her birthday twice. One in Shang and one in CME. coolness.
• Alex is now in Boracay (i think) in her teeny-weeny yellow polka dot bikini. labo :))
• PL, since March 13, has never had a day without any activity planned. Busy girl :P

So there. That's all the people I could get information from. If you want to share stuff that's happening to you, of if you want to host parties for your sumosisters, post them here or tell me and I'll post. :)

The Portable Document Format (PDF) is the file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange. PDF is a fixed-layout format used for representing two-dimensional documents in a manner independent of the application software, hardware, and operating system.

so, basically, PDF is a file format.:)) but i'm sure you knew that.

anyway,,
so, now, about converting files to PDF...

i found this software online that you can download.
get it here: http://www.primopdf.com/

it did well for me.:D
hope it does well for you.,

there are two softwares you can download.
i downloaded the NitroPDF Professional.
it's bigger and may take longer to download than the other one (PrimoPDF)... but that's what i dloaded and it worked really well, so, it's up to you.:D

if your filesize is too big, (and you're using word) try compressing some pics.:D

oh and btw, if the software asks you if you want it to be the default PDF reader and you have Adobe Acrobat, say no.:D

on other news,
sam gave a helpful tip!:)

sam: if you use indesign for the layout, there is an option to save it as pdf. FILE, EXPORT, type your filename, the choose the extension PDF. Done!

so, IF YOU USE INDESIGN (which erin and i did not use:))), your life is easier.:))
